a disability. They have equipment for both cardiovascular (increases a persons heart rate) and resistance (increases muscle tone)
types of exercise.
Exercise workout videos and DVDs are available along with exercise manuals,
which have the necessary equipment accompanying them. There are also other
pieces of exercise equipment to enable people with a disability to carry
out Budo Sensi marshal arts routines
and weight benches for disabled weights trainers. Demonstration movies are
available on the website some of the exercise routines and some are eligible
